"Saks Fifth Avenue’s sound and light show in NYC is an awesome, free holiday experience right across from the Rockefeller Center tree. The entire building lights up with tons of colors, patterns, and animations that sync perfectly with loud, dramatic holiday music, so it honestly feels like a mini concert on the street. Each show is only a few minutes long and runs every 10 minutes from late afternoon into the night, so you don’t have to stress about timing it exactly.
